65-Series Floor Platforms
For larger, floor-mounted instruments, TMC manufactures low-profile 65 Series Floor Platform isolation systems. They effectively isolate instruments weighing a few hundred to 15,000 pounds (7000 kg), and do so without the compromises in stability normally encountered when isolating instruments with high centers of gravity. Ergonomic design considerations include raising equipment a minimum amount, and kneewell cutouts.

64-Series Table Top Platforms
The TMC 64 Series TableTop platform system effectively isolates floor vibrations with unprecedented ease, portability and economy. TableTop platforms employ the same Gimbal Piston isolators as our larger tables and are a lightweight alternative for small instruments weighing up to 250 lbs (115 kg). The compact design raises the instrument by approximately 3 1/2 in. (90 mm). Typical applications include optical microscopes, ultramicrotomes, and strain gauge-type analytical balances. For pivoting beam-type balances with their strict level requirements, table top platforms should be fitted with our precision height control valves. TableTop platform performance is limited by the low mass of the top plate, the smaller volume of the isolators, and the fact that lab benches are a more severe vibration environment than lab floors. Thus, though 64 Series platforms solve many vibration problems, they do not match the efficiency of our 63-500 Series tables.

63-600 Series ClassOne Workstations
The all stainless steel TMC ClassOne Workstation is a high-performance, pneumatic vibration isolation table designed from the floor up for maximum cleanroom compatibility. Isolation is provided by the same Gimbal Piston element that provides unsurpassed performance in isolating optical tables, electron microscopes, precision balances, and scanning-tunneling microscopes.
